July, 2025 - Kellys place was the absolutely perfect location, directly on a very quiet stretch of private beach, which was perfect for my family. The house was well stocked, clean, and had ample beach chairs, umbrellas etc. Kelly was very responsive, and check in and out was easy. We would recommend this beach house, and will stay again!

June, 2025 - Kelly and the Blue Gem were great. Family and I had a wonderful time and felt like Kelly was genuinely interested in our happiness with the rental. In a world where customer services is on a downtrend hers really stood out as exceptional and was appreciated. Thank you for a great stay.

February, 2025 - Kelly was a great host. The house was perfectly located on the beach and just a short drive into town. Everything was easy and an incredible time. We will hopefully return to the true Blue Gem that this place is.

January, 2025 - The Blue Gem of Ponte Vedra beach was a fantastic way to ring in the new year together as a family! Right on the Atlantic Ocean and A1A. Privately fenced yard keeping our pets safe from A1A! Views of the ocean were amazing! Beautiful screened in balcony on the second level and a fire pit ground level to snuggle by on winter nights! The beach is lovely to walk on and allows fur babies on leashes. The beds were all comfortable and the sound of the ocean lulled us to sleep. The kitchen was clean and well appointed with everything we needed to make delicious meals. The bathrooms were all clean and ready with a few starter essentials. We loved the added touch that it was decorated for Christmas. There are plenty of games and puzzles to play. Publix is close by and St.Augustine is always pleasant to walk around. Overall, we loved this beach getaway. Happy New Year 2025!
